Volga hold a very special power in Dreamland. She can transform in any traveler that she shared a sincere laugh with, even deceased one. She can imitate their powers, physical abilities and appearance. It seems that the more powerful the traveler she imitates is, the more exhausting it is to hold the transformation.
Even at her advanced age, she is not be understimated and can still be very dangerous.
