Rafaelo Midas is the actual Cat Kingdom's King. Due to his Kingdom being one of the most important Dream Kingdom in Dreamland, he is an important Dream King. He is also Infinity Midas younger brother, the most powerful Dream King in the land of Dream.

Rafaelo Midas is one of a kind. He is very lazy and acts in a very childish manner despite his position. He is often seen playing with toys and is easy to distract. He is a peaceful and kind Dream King who deeply cared about his subjects.

He does not seem to hold any power despite being one of the most important Dream King in Dreamland. He has however several powerful subjects under his commands, such as Lord Crazy, Lord Elvis or Saturn.
