A young and promising new Ice User. He idolizes Shun but is the disciple of Zero.
Appearance[]
After his first battle against the Tzigans Clan Locki can be see clad in his Battle Armor. He has Spiky Blue hair and is rather short(most likely due to his young age).
Personality[]
He is very respectful of his elders in The Ice Kingdom, often seen calling Shun "Sir Shun". He looks up to Shun and wants to earn his respect by becoming a strong warrior.
Power[]
Ice Manipulation: Although it hasn't been specified Locki seems to be at least a "Supreme Ice User". This means he is able to control and create ice.
